Core Material & Craftsmanship

  • Raw Material: 100% polyester fiber, formed by hot pressing/needling process, glue-free, formaldehyde-free, environmentally friendly and recyclable.
  • Craftsmanship: The surface adopts mold pressing process to form three-dimensional stripes (three grooves as shown in the picture), which not only improves the texture but also optimizes the sound absorption structure.
  • Characteristics: High density, good air permeability, the sound absorption coefficient can reach more than 0.8 in the noise range of 125~4000Hz, effectively absorbing medium and high frequency noise.
