Panels stored in installation environment for 48 to 72 hours prior to mounting to allow wooden strips to reach equilibrium moisture content.
Storage Conditions
Keep panels flat on level surface in dry, ventilated area. Vertical leaning may lead to slight bowing of MDF or wood core.
Substrate Preparation
Ensure mounting wall is dry, flat, dust-free. Install over 45mm timber battening with mineral wool insulation for maximum acoustic performance.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Use vacuum with soft brush attachment to remove dust from felt channels. Avoid excessive water or chemical solvents on wood veneer surfaces.
